Saturday night, the Richmond Symphony performed the highly entertianing Video Games Live. Simply out, it's the symphony playing the scores from various video games including Mario, Zelda, Halo, Kingdom Hearts and much more.
But to say it was just that would not do the show any justice. There were videos playing on the screens, characters on stage, a costume contest and interactive segments of Space Invaders and Guitar Hero with audience members. The guy playing Guitar Hero got a 93% rating on the expert mode. Insane.
A definite treat for everyone there.

Very cool! We went to see "Play!" a few years ago which sounds very similar and we really had a blast! :)
Sounds like you ended up enjoying it after all!
That sounds fun! How I wish there's an even in our place like that. Well for now, I will just enjoy every Download Games I have.
