Do you ever have someone in your life that you just can't seem to get off your mind? Someone you want to impress? Someone you love (or maybe even just like)? Someone who intrigues you?
I'm in that phase right now where I just want to be noticed by certain people around me. I want them to see me for what I can do. I want to do everything I can to make myself look good in their eyes. I want them to like me.
But the problem is this: In trying to make myself impressive, am I showing others who I really am or am I creating a false picture of myself? Sometimes I don't know which of the two I'm really doing.
Is it a bit of an obsession? Maybe. Self-gratification? Definitely.

Ummm of course I should say something like, "Oh just be yourself and if they don't notice then fuck them."
But I totally understand what you are talking about and although you should most definetely be yourself I know that most often than not people don't seem to take notice of much. I think rather than trying to get certain people to take notice you should just somehow alert them to the fact that you have noticed them...Then after that if they still seem to not notice then fuck them! They don't know what they are missing, seriously.

I agree with Rachel, but I would say don't fuck them unless you're sure they've noticed you a little. That can get a little tricky.
