Lie Down On The Couch

Sometimes you just need to see a shrink. You're going through hard times, you just lost your mind, or you're incapable of going thorough your day to day life.

It always helps to talk with someone if you are crazy, depressed, or just plain sad. Going through the chaotic mess that is your mind can solve a lot of underlying problems and help you feel better about yourself.

So sit back and tell the doctor everything that's on your mind and listen to my "Songs from a Therapy Session" Mix:

The Avalanches - Frontier Psychiatrist from Since I Left You (buy)
The Pixies - Where Is My Mind from Surfer Rosa (buy)
Garbage - I Think I'm Paranoid from Version 2.0 (buy)
Oasis - Stop Crying Your Heart Out from Heathen Chemistry (buy)
Crystal Gayle - Ready For The Times To Get Better from Classic Crystal (buy)
Mighty Mighty Bosstones - Nevermind Me from Let's Face It (buy)
James Blunt - Cry from Back To Bedlam (buy)
The Early November - I Want To Hear You Sad from For All of This (buy)

that's a nice list. that avalanches cd is one of my faves

i'd say a visit to the therapist wouldn't be quite complete without a song from eels though...pretty much anything off electro-shock blues
