There's something about Beatles covers that I just love. Think of any artist or group and I bet you ten to one that they've done at least one Beatles cover song. Even though there are so many bad covers circulating in the music world, there are just as many covers that are excellent.
Here are some of my favorite Beatles covers of the moment:
Acceptance - Eleanor Rigby
The Format - I'm Only Sleeping
Toad the Wet Sprocket - Hey Bulldog from I Know What You Did Last Summer Soundtrack (buy)
Mae - A Day in the Life from The Everglow Special Edition (buy)
The Postal Service - Grow Old With Me from Make Some Noise EP (buy)

A friend of mine has been giving me a real hard time lately, because while I enjoy more than a few Beatles covers, I've never been that into the Beatles. What can I say? Beatles covers just tend to be pretty interesting listens. Thanks for these!
There's a sparse Beatles cover of "I'll Be Back" by this guy James Eric that makes me melt.
