Before they were stars

So I can finally say that I know someone who is a famous rock star. Well, sort of.

Ross Copperman is a singer/songwriter from Virginia who has been compared to the likes of Gavin DeGraw and Billy Joel. He has toured everywhere he could around the U.S. from bookstores to campus events which gained him a huge cult following.

I went to school with Ross a few years back. We had a few classes together and worked on numerous group projects, but we really didn’t know each other that well. He had an ego the size of Texas, but he had the talent to back it up. His piano playing skills are some of the best I’ve heard in recent years.

Ross is now signed with Sony BMG Music in the UK. He is in the process of recording a new album which should be out next year. All the best to you Ross.

Here’s the video for his debut single “As I Choke”
